1) Where can I buy your products?


Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.


2) When will I receive it?


All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.


3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?


Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the animal. If you wish to use homeopathic products while ensuring no traces of alcohol remain, here’s the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Additionally, the effectiveness remains the same.


4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?


Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of your doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you give.


5) Can I give your products in food?


All our liquid products should be administered in ... liquid (water, broth ...)! Or directly in the mouth. Granule or powder products can generally be mixed with food. We encourage you to check the correct administration method on each product's page under the tab: DOSAGE


6) Can I give several of your products at the same time?


Yes! In most cases, it is possible. You can mix everything in the same bowl of water. HOWEVER, we always encourage you to check the well-indicated administration methods on each product's pages to ensure there are no contraindications or interactions.
