However, they are sometimes present in soaps and shampoos. You can identify their presence because they are always listed in the ingredients as an essential oil (e.g. lavender oil). Standard oils, such as coconut or olive oil, are not put in this category and can be used alongside homeopathy. Just search for the words “essential oils” in anything you have and use in your home.
