We have partnered with Canada Post to offer you the most reliable shipping service.
IMPORTANT: Delivery Information During the Canada Post Strike (November 15 - December 17)
At HomeoAnimo, we have always prioritized using Canada Post to ship your orders. However, due to the strike, we chose DHL as our carrier to ensure the continuity of our services and to guarantee that your packages reach you as quickly as possible.
Customs Fees (for orders shipped during the strike)
Please note that customs fees may be applied by local authorities and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer. These fees are beyond our control, and we cannot influence their application.
Returns and Refunds (for orders shipped during the strike)
If a package is refused and returned to the sender, a $45 penalty will be deducted from the refund. This amount covers the additional costs incurred to maintain services during the strike. We understand that this situation may be inconvenient, but we have done everything possible to provide quality service under challenging circumstances.

This policy aims to protect our business while continuing to offer essential natural remedies for your pets, despite circumstances beyond our control. It is a shared effort of understanding and mutual respect.

ORDER PROCESSING
Once received, all online orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Please note that prior to shipping, there is a processing time of 1-2 business days at our warehouse, whether you choose regular or express shipping. Once your order is shipped, a shipping notice containing tracking information (if available) will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders delivered within Canada include a tracking number. For international orders, only the "International Trackable Package" options include a tracking number. If your order has not arrived, please contact our support team for assistance at serviceclientele@homeoanimo.com
It is your responsibility to track your order. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages that are returned to us.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather, customs processing, etc. While it is our responsibility to ship your order promptly, we cannot be held accountable for delays that are outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding, and know that we are always here to assist you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
When you place an order at Homeoanimo.com, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product in question can be legally imported into the destination country.
The recipient of the order assumes responsibility as the importer. As such, they must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Be aware that any order shipped outside Canada is subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These fees depend on the country of origin and, therefore, vary by destination. The recipient of the order may be required to pay additional fees for customs clearance. Unfortunately, customs fees, duties, and taxes are beyond our control and we are unable to calculate them in advance. These fees can greatly vary from country to country. For further information, please contact your local government customs agency.
We cannot be held responsible if customs hold or destroy a package, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. However, if this situation occurs, we will do everything we can to have customs return the package to us so that we can issue a refund, but we cannot guarantee the success of these efforts.
Any potential customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please note that as of July 1, 2021, new standards have been implemented in Europe.
Note: The customs process may slow down delivery and we have no control over that. Our delivery times do not account for the time a package may take in customs. If your delivery is delayed due to customs, you may contact your local government customs agency for further information.
Upon customs inspection, your package may be opened and inspected.
We can provide information regarding the order, products, and delivery to our international carriers, and they may share this information with customs authorities.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order after placing it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a process that needs to be done quickly, so please contact our support team as soon as possible. See how to contact us here.
Please note that once your order is in the processing stage in our warehouse, we may not be able to cancel it.
