We have partnered with Canada Post to provide the most reliable shipping service.
IMPORTANT: Delivery Information During the Canada Post Strike (November 15 - December 17)
At HomeoAnimo, we have always prioritized using Canada Post to ship your orders. However, due to the strike, we chose to use DHL as our carrier to ensure the continuity of our services and guarantee that your packages reach you as quickly as possible.
Customs Fees (for orders sent during the strike)
Please note that customs fees may be applied by local authorities and remain entirely the customer's responsibility. These fees are beyond our control, and we have no influence over their application.
Returns and Refunds (for orders sent during the strike)
If a package is refused and returned to the sender, a penalty of $45 will be deducted from the refund. This amount covers additional costs incurred to continue providing services despite the strike. We understand that this situation may be inconvenient, but we have done our best to maintain quality service under difficult circumstances.
Why This Measure?
This policy aims to protect our business while continuing to provide essential natural remedies for your pets despite circumstances beyond our control. It is a joint effort of understanding and mutual respect.

ORDER PROCESSING
Upon receipt, all online orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), except on holidays. Please note that before your order is shipped, a processing time of 1-2 business days is required in our warehouse, whether you have chosen regular or express shipping. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notice containing tracking information (if applicable) will be sent to the email address provided at purchase.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders delivered within Canada have a tracking number. For international orders, only the “Tracked Packet International” option includes a tracking number. If your order has not arrived, please contact our support team for tracking assistance at serviceclientele@homeoanimo.com
It is your responsibility to track your order. We will not be held responsible for a package that was not claimed and is returned to us.
SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES
We generally ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. We do our best to send your items quickly, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping issues, weather conditions, or customs processing. While we strive to meet deadlines, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
The estimated delivery date is provided by the carrier and may be subject to change, especially during peak periods. For any shipping inquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Free Shipping
A free shipping option is available for any order of €100 or more (approximately CAD 150$).
Rates
Shipping options are automatically calculated at checkout based on current Canada Post rates, which depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.

Important:
- Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or when passing through customs.
- If your order includes products from the "Merchant Orders" page, the delivery time is approximately 3 weeks.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
When placing an order on Homeoanimo.com, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
The recipient of the order assumes responsibility as the importer. As such, they must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Be aware that any order shipped outside Canada is subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges depend on the country of origin and therefore vary by destination. The recipient may be required to pay additional fees for customs clearance. Unfortunately, customs fees, duties, and taxes are beyond our control, and we are unable to calculate them in advance. These fees may vary significantly from country to country. For more information, contact your local government customs agency.
We cannot be held responsible if customs detain or destroy a package, and no refund will be issued in such cases. However, if this situation arises, we will do our best to have customs return the package to us so that we can issue a refund, but we cannot guarantee success.
Any applicable customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please note that since July 1, 2021, new regulations have come into effect in Europe.
Note: The customs process may slow down delivery, and we have no control over this. Our delivery times do not account for the time the package may spend at customs. If your delivery is delayed due to customs, you can contact your local government customs agency for more information.
When passing through customs, your package may be opened and inspected.
We may provide information regarding the order, products, and delivery to our international carriers, and they may share this information with customs authorities.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order after placing it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellations must be processed quickly, so please contact our support team as soon as possible. See how to contact us here.
Please note that once your order has reached the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
