1) Where can I buy your products?


Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.


2) When will I receive it?


All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.


3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?


Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the pet. If you prefer to use homeopathic products with no trace of alcohol, here is the method we suggest: Spray a shot from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol. Additionally, the effectiveness remains the same.


4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?


Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of doses. We recommend taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.


5) Can I give your products in food?


All our liquid products should be administered in liquid (water, broth...) or directly in the mouth. Granules or powder products can generally be mixed with food. We encourage you to check the correct administration method on each product's page under the "DOSAGE" tab.


6) Can I give several of your products at the same time?


Yes! In most cases, it's possible. You can mix everything in the same water bowl. HOWEVER, we always encourage you to check the clearly indicated administration methods on each product page to ensure there are no contraindications or interactions.
