Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

 

2) When will I receive it?

 

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.

 

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't that harm my pet?

 

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to your pet. If you prefer to use homeopathic products ensuring there is no trace of alcohol, here's the method we suggest: Spray a dose from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (distilled) water. Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Additionally, the effectiveness is still the same.

 

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?

 

Yes. However, to avoid any possible interactions between medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timings. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you administer.

 

5) Can I give your products in food?

 

All our liquid products should be administered in ... liquid (water, broth...)! Or directly in the mouth. Granules or powder products, on the other hand, can generally be mixed with food. We encourage you to check the correct administration method on each product page under the DOSAGE tab.

What is sinusitis?

    Sincèrement je ne peux donner qu’une bonne appréciation a tous niveaux! Mais en cherchant bien il est vrai que je ne trouve pas pratique le principe du spray car en le pulsant dans le verre d’eau je vois que du produit se volatilise? et il est difficile aussi d’épuiser le fond de la bouteille.... Voila ...

    Le produit fonctionne vraiment bien pour mon chat de 16 ans. Elle a eu une congestion nasale chronique pendant des années et son vétérinaire pouvait seulement offrir une chirurgie exploratoire. En raison de son âge, j'ai décidé de ne pas lui faire subir une intervention chirurgicale et espérais juste l'aider à aller un peu mieux. L'écoulement nasal est parti et sa respiration s'est améliorée en seulement quelques semaines!
