1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the pet. If you want to use the homeopathic products while ensuring there is no trace of alcohol, here’s the method we suggest: Spray a squirt from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your pet one tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will no longer be any alcohol. Additionally, the effectiveness is still the same.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the administration times. We advise taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.

5) Can I give your products in food?
