1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and shipped from Quebec, Canada, via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the pet. If you wish to use the homeopathic products ensuring there is no trace of alcohol, we suggest the following method: Spray one jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your pet one tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Moreover, the effectiveness remains unchanged.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid possible interactions between medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of each dose. We suggest administering our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.

5) Can I give your products in food?

All our liquid products should be administered in ... liquid (water, broth ...)! Or directly into the mouth. Products in granules or powder can generally be mixed with food. We encourage you to check the correct method of administration on each product’s page under the DOSAGE tab.
