1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will this harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to pets. If you prefer to use homeopathic products with no trace of alcohol, here’s the method we suggest: Spray a shot from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dosage remains the same, but no alcohol will be left. Additionally, effectiveness is maintained.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid possible interactions between medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of doses. We suggest giving our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are administering.

5) Can I give your products in food?

All our liquid products should be administered in ... liquid (water, broth, etc.)! Or directly into the mouth. Products in granule or powder form can generally be mixed with food. We encourage you to check the correct administration method on each product's page under the DOSAGE tab.
