1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are sold exclusively online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will this harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the animal. If you wish to use the homeopathic products ensuring there is no trace of alcohol, here is the method we suggest: Spray a mist from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your animal a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Moreover, the effectiveness is still the same.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the times of administration. We recommend taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.
