1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are sold exclusively online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't that harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the animal. If you want to use the homeopathic products while ensuring there’s no trace of alcohol, here is the method we suggest: Spray a shot from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (distilled) water. Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Moreover, the effectiveness remains the same.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid any potential interactions between medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of the doses. We recommend taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.

5) Can I give your products in food?
