1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the pet. If you wish to use the homeopathic products ensuring no alcohol remains, here’s the method we suggest: Spray a dose from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Additionally, the effectiveness remains unchanged.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing the timing of your doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.

5) Can I give your products in food?

What is renal failure?

The kidneys serve to detoxify the blood by filtering the waste (toxins) produced by the body, maintain water and electrolyte balance, produce hormones, regulate blood pressure and vitamin D, and help in the creation of red blood cells.

Kidney disease can occur in two forms: chronic kidney failure and acute kidney failure.

Chronic kidney failure is the result of a slow and insidious process that develops over months or even years. The symptoms do not necessarily raise suspicions at first, which means that by the time the disease is diagnosed, the kidneys of the animal are already not performing their function largely. Chronic kidney disease is unfortunately irreversible for this reason.

Acute kidney failure occurs suddenly and may be linked to severe dehydration, urinary obstruction, ingestion of a toxic substance, or a bacterial infection, for example. Symptoms are therefore situational and sudden.

Most acute kidney lesions can be relieved if action is taken quickly, but they should be considered emergencies.

Acute kidney diseases may cause long-term damage to the kidneys if not relieved quickly enough, or if the kidney lesions are too severe unfortunately.
