1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) by postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the animal. If you want to use the homeopathic products while ensuring there are no traces of alcohol, here is the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Moreover, the effectiveness remains the same.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid any potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing the timing of your doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you give.

5) Can I give your products in food?
