1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are sold exclusively online on our website and shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won’t that harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the pet. If you prefer to use homeopathic products with no trace of alcohol, here’s the method we suggest: Spray a dose from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (i.e., distilled) water. Then, give your pet one tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Additionally, the effectiveness remains the same.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of your doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you administer.

5) Can I give your products in food?

All our liquid products should be administered in ... liquid (water, broth...)! Or directly into the mouth. Granules or powder products can generally be mixed into food. We encourage you to check the correct method of administration on each product page under the POSOLOGIE tab.

6) Can I give several of your products at the same time?

    Très bon produit.
    Simple d'utilisation.
    Après deux mois de traitement veterinaire, je ne souhaitais pas repartir sur un traitement chimique, mais la teigne étant de nouveau revenu comme au premier jour , j'ai choisi de les traiter avec Derma-T.
    Premier prélèvement teigne négatif.
    J'espère que le second le sera aussi.
    C'est un produit que j'aurais toujours au cas où.
    Et en plus, de très bons conseils.
